Our receptionist will likely be the one to check you in when you arrive for your first visit. 

You can fill out the new patient forms on our website prior to your first visit, here. However, if you are unable to do so, that is not a problem. Please show up to your appointment early so that you have adequate time to fill out the appropriate forms before your appointment.

You will be greeted by a dental hygienist or dental assistant who will take you to your dental chair.

They will begin by collecting the appropriate diagnostic information. This will include taking a series of digital X-rays, and asking a few questions. 

The dentist will pop in to say hello and he or she will look over your x-rays with you. He or she will do a thorough examination including an oral cancer screening. This will be a great opportunity to speak with the doctor and share any concerns or ask any questions you might have. 

A treatment plan tailored to your needs and desires will be developed to address any areas of concern to help restore your oral health and get you back to that stable point.
